Industrial Sewing Systems
An industrial sewing system closes the open mouth bags by sewing (sewing with crepe paper or sewing a folded bag top or plain sewing). A sewing system is equipped with a column, an overarm, a sewing head, an infeed to guide the bag to the sewing machine and an electrical panel. Depending on the number and type of bags to be closed, the manpower needed, the qualification of the operators or the degree of automation, our industrial sewing systems can be adapted to your needs to offer you quality sewing at low or high speeds.

The Fischbein sewing system sets the industry standard for quality and cost effective bag sewing. With its self lubricating system, the sewing head delivers trouble-free, smooth performance with low vibration. The operating speed of the sewing system is adjustable up to 27 meters per minute (about 1.600 bags/h, or even more if the bags are narrower).
