Industrial Sewing Heads
The Fischbein sewing heads are ideal for sewing every type of open mouth bag including paper, woven polypropylene, PE, PP, jute, and more. The closure can be done by plain sewing, sewing a folded bag top or sewing with crepe paper.
Technical specifications sewing heads
The sewing heads are designed for smooth performance and trouble-free operation. All the sewing heads are equipped with an oil-immersed lubrication system for a longer service life. They are suited to work in a dusty environment and with abrasive products. The weight of the heads is lower than those of competitors, which is an advantage for easy maintenance and manipulation.
Our models offer variable speeds, low noise/vibration and adjustable sewing speeds up to 27 meters per minute (around 1.700 bags/h, or more if the bags are narrower in width). The stitch length adjustment of Fischbein sewing heads is ensured by a rack adjustment system.
