A pallet wrapping machine is developed to package a pallet in a stable, dust-tight and waterproof manner. The foil will be opened mechanically. This means that influence by wind, humidity and static energy is being reduced to the minimum. Various pallet sizes and pallet heights can be packaged randomly by the pallet wrap machine. The pallet wrap machine programmes itself automatically to different pallet sizes and heights. The pallet wrap machines can process stretch cover foil with a thickness of 50 mu to 200 mu. The pallet wrapping machine can also print the company’s logo on the stretch foil, so the wrapped pallet gets a unique and recognisable appearance.

By removing the vertical and horizontal stretch from the stretch cover foil, costs can be saved on the amount of stretch foil. The pallet can be provided with a foil sheet, which also protects the load’s underside from damp and dust. A pallet wrap machine can reach very high capacities which make this machine very suitable to combine various packaging lines.
